Refund policy

  1. We accept returns only if the product is damaged in the transit or has been damaged while manufacturing. 
  2. Please note all our sarees/products are handmade. So their will/might be some minor irregularities. 
  3. You need to reach out to us regarding return within 7-days of receiving the product from our delivery courier partner via email. Our email id - naikasyaindia@gmail.com.
  4. You have to send the product in the original form to our mentioned address.
  5. Customer with return might for the same product or similar product of same price or higher price. We will not refund the remaining balance if customers select lesser price product than the earlier one.
  6. Customer going for return might request for refund of the amount of she/she not satisfied with other product or willing to take a new product from us. We will refund the product price after deducting the shipping charges. We will process the refund within 5-7 business days and it will be credited to bank account by original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  8. Replacing time period for the product will be 7-15 business days from the date after receiving the original product which needs to be replaced.
